Like any other franchises Burger King has its signature burger. Known as the Burger King Whopper, this hamburger was the first on the menu since its opening days and is today still the most popular one on the menu but with other variances. With the possibility of cheese, bacon, more meat, less meat and other ingredients to add to your Whopper some questions arise such as how nutritious is the burger. Eating fast food once known while is not devastating for your health but when it becomes part of your diet, it can become a trouble and once you read this article you'll easily understand why you need to control your fast food cravings.
